The cream building in the picture above is the 'At the Beach' apartment complex, and as you can see it is literally 'at the beach'. Apartments 7 and 8 (shown by arrows in picture above) are on the first floor and both have their own large balconies. They are two of the three apartments in the complex which have their own front balconies, where you can dine, sunbathe or generally enjoy the views and surroundings of the beautiful South Devon coast. The apartments both have uninterrupted views out to sea and down the gorgeous three mile beach that lines Start Bay. The views continue on down the coast to Blackpool Sands and the picturesque town that is Dartmouth.

 

The apartments and property have been crafted from the former shell of what was once the Torcross Hotel, the first part of which was constructed in 1884. Many of the structural elements, such as walls, floors and ceiling have either been replaced or upgraded to meet modern building standards and only the highest products have been used to renovate throughout.
